What does 20xwork do?
You bought AI for your teams. We show you what it actually changed for each employee, help them use it better while they work, automate routine tasks when they ask, and measure the return in hours and dollars.
Is this employee monitoring?
No. We look at the work itself, the tasks people complete in the tools your company connects, with access your admin grants. We never record screens, keystrokes, webcams, personal accounts or private messages. Each person sees their own results first, and our terms say the results cannot be the sole basis for discipline.
What needs to be connected?
Read-only access to the tools one team uses, and a description of how the work is supposed to run. Nothing is installed on anyone’s computer to start.
What do you see from Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT?
Only what your organisation chooses to share through each vendor’s own admin tools: which features people use, how often, and, if you turn it on, what they asked. It is the same route compliance teams use. No extension, no capture.
How long until there is a number?
Day one, a data export and what we can already see in it. Week one, the first suggestions inside the team’s tools. Week four, hours back per person, with a before, an after and a control group.
What is AI ROI Efficiency?
Our name for return on AI spend: the hours people got back, at your own loaded rate, divided by what you spend on AI for them. A control group is left alone for the same weeks, so the calendar cannot take the credit.
Do you build AI agents?
Only on the AI your company already pays for, and only when a person asks. The automation gets that person’s permissions and nothing more, asks before every change, and logs every action.
Do you train on our data?
No. Not by default on any plan, and not the model providers we use either. The only exception is a written agreement to our development partner programme, which uses anonymised summaries only. Details are in the Trust Centre.
Where is data stored?
On Microsoft Azure in the United States. We keep summaries, not documents, messages or screens. Your admin sets how long they are kept.
How is it priced?
Per seat. We do a working session first so the quote matches the team.
Are the numbers on this site real customer results?
No. Every screen marked as an example is a mock-up that shows the shape of the product. We will put a customer’s name and number here the day a customer agrees in writing.
