This notice covers data for which 20xwork is the controller: visitors to 20xwork.ai and the people we deal with at customers and prospects. Data processed inside the product on behalf of a customer is covered by that customer's agreement and the articles in this Trust centre.
What we collect. On the website: pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, and approximate location, through PostHog, with IP addresses truncated. Form submissions: name, work email, company and what you wrote. For customer contacts: name, work email, role, and our correspondence.
Why. To run and improve the website, to respond to you, to deliver the service you or your employer bought, and to send product updates you can opt out of at any time.
Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in running the business and responding to enquiries; contract, where you or your employer are a customer; consent, for marketing emails.
Retention. Website analytics 12 months. Enquiries and customer correspondence for the relationship plus 3 years.
Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email adharsh@20xwork.ai. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.
Cookies. One analytics cookie from PostHog, and the cookies needed to keep you signed in to the product. No advertising cookies.
