Process mining (Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath Process Mining) reads the event logs that ERP and CRM systems already keep and reconstructs the process with its variants and bottlenecks. It is excellent at the control flow of a case. It is blind between logged events, where the person and the AI do the work.
