About
Companies bought the AI. Nobody could see what it changed for one employee. We built the thing that can.
Founders
Built the machine learning behind Freddy AI at Freshworks, used by 25,000+ enterprise customers. Agentic systems at Amazon Pharmacy. PayPal before that.
LinkedIn →Landeed, a Y Combinator company. Guggenheim before that. Runs the customer side: pilots, partners, the number in the budget review.
LinkedIn →A letter from the founders
Every company we talk to has the same two facts on the table. The AI spend is real and growing. The return is a survey.
The tools built to close that gap either count usage and stop at the team, or ask employees to record their screens. Neither can tell one person what to do differently tomorrow, and the second gets thrown out by the very people it was pointed at.
So we built it the other way round. Look at the actual work, with access an admin grants. Compare it with how the work is supposed to be done. Tell the person, inside the tool they are using. Automate the routine part on the AI they already have, only when they ask. Measure what changed, with a control group, so the number survives a CFO.
Each employee sees their own results first. That is not a feature. It is the reason the product is safe to buy.
