Every seat holder can open their own profile in the product and see the steps measured, the level assigned on each, the evidence records behind each level with a reference to the source, and every recommendation and check they received with the outcome recorded.
Managers see their team's standing at the step level. Admins see the organisation. Nobody sees a level without the evidence that produced it.
If a person believes a signal is wrong, they can flag it from the profile. Flagged evidence is reviewed by your admin and can be excluded.
