Each customer is a separate tenant. The graph of people, steps, skills and signals is built per organisation, and every query the product runs is scoped to that organisation at the database layer, not only in the application.
When the product says "how the top desks in your role do this step", the top desks are people in your organisation. We do not compare your people with people at other companies, and we do not use another customer's patterns to advise yours.
Two narrow exceptions, both without identifiers:
- Anonymous product aggregates, such as the share of cards accepted across all customers, used to improve the product. They contain no person, organisation or record identifiers.
- De-identified signals from organisations that have joined the Development Partner Programme, used only to improve 20xwork's own models, never to advise another customer about your people.
