The product does not collect or infer the physical location of employees. Connected work tools are read at the record level and location fields, where a tool has them, are not ingested.
The one exception is security: sign-in events record an approximate country derived from the IP address, kept in the audit log for 12 months, to detect account takeover. It is not used for any product feature and is not shown to managers.
