When 20xwork is connected inside an assistant, the text of the task you start is sent to 20xwork so it can match the task to a step of your job and build the card. The fields of a write you are about to make are sent so the check can run.
- Both are processed in memory and discarded after the response. They are not written to any database or log.
- What is stored is the outcome: which step was matched, which card was shown, and whether you kept, adapted or dismissed it. That is what your profile and your organisation's return are measured from.
- Neither the task text nor the write fields are used to train any model.
