Your admin can request deletion of all customer data at any time by email to adharsh@20xwork.ai from an admin address. We confirm receipt within two business days, delete from live systems within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days, then send written confirmation.
At the end of a subscription the same process runs automatically.
Audit logs that record the deletion itself are kept for 12 months as evidence that it happened. They contain no work data.
