Enterprise admins can set the retention window for work signals in Organisation settings under Data and privacy. The minimum is 90 days from the source event. A shorter window means each person's profile rests on less history; the product shows the window on every profile so the reader knows.
Recommendations and outcomes follow the same window. Account data is kept while the person has a seat. Audit logs keep their own 12 month period, as they exist to protect you.
Changes take effect within 24 hours. Data that falls outside the new window is deleted, not archived.
