What about availability, backups and disaster recovery?

In short

99.9% monthly availability on Enterprise, encrypted daily backups kept 30 days, recovery point of 24 hours and recovery time of 8 hours, tested twice a year.

  • Availability. Enterprise agreements carry a 99.9% monthly availability commitment with service credits. Status is published at a status page linked from the product.
  • Backups. Encrypted backups run daily and are kept for 30 days in a separate Azure region within the same geography.
  • Recovery. Recovery point objective 24 hours, recovery time objective 8 hours. Restoration is tested at least twice a year and the result is available under NDA.
  • Failure mode. If 20xwork is unreachable, the plugin and MCP connection fail open: the person's assistant carries on without a card and no write is blocked.
