Your rights and deletion

I am an employee. How do I see, export or delete my own data?

In short

Open your profile in the product to see and export everything held about you. Deletion goes through your organisation's admin, because your organisation is the controller.

  • See it. Your profile page shows every step measured, the level assigned and the evidence behind it with a reference to the source, and every recommendation and check you received.
  • Export it. Your profile page has an export that returns everything as JSON.
  • Correct it. Flag any evidence you believe is wrong. Your admin reviews and can exclude it.
  • Delete it. Your organisation is the controller of this data, so deletion goes through your admin, who can remove your seat or exclude you from measurement. If you cannot reach your admin, email adharsh@20xwork.ai and we will route the request and confirm the outcome to you.
