About the role Tsenta automates job applications for college students and job seekers. We handle the tedious parts of applying, filling out repetitive forms, optimizing resumes for each role, and tracking applications, so users can focus on preparing for interviews. We're building: An Electron desktop app with browser automation that fills out job applications across 12+ ATS platforms A React dashboard for managing applications, resume optimization, and job recommendations An AI-powered backend with intelligent job matching, resume optimization, and form-field prediction What You'll Work On As an intern, you'll ship real features that impact thousands of users: Build and improve browser automation for new ATS platforms Work on AI-powered features like resume optimization and smart form filling Develop React components for our dashboard Help improve our job recommendation engine (vector similarity search, etc.) Debug and enhance anti-detection systems for browser automation Our Stack Languages: TypeScript everywhere Frontend: React 19, Tailwind CSS, Redux Toolkit Desktop: Electron, Playwright, CDP (Chrome DevTools Protocol) Backend: AdonisJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, BullMQ AI/ML: Mastra, OpenAI, Deepseek, pgvector embeddings Infra: Vercel, Fly.io, Redis, Sentry, PostHog What We're Looking For Strong TypeScript fundamentals Experience with React (personal projects count) Interest in browser automation, AI/LLM, or developer tooling Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup Currently pursuing a degree in CS or related field Nice to Have Experience with Electron or desktop apps Familiarity with Playwright or Puppeteer Worked with LLMs/AI APIs (OpenAI, etc.) Contributed to open source About the interview 1. Application Review (1-2 days) - We review your resume, GitHub, and any projects 2. Technical Screen (30 min) - Quick call to discuss your background and a coding problem 3. Take-Home Project (2-3 hours) - Build a small feature relevant to our stack (React component, automation script, or API endpoint) 4. Final Interview (45 min) - Deep dive into your project, system design, and team fit 5.
